First Use

Today was the first time using this app. Enjoyed it. Liked the customization. Hoping to build back some muscle!

I like it

First time using it, had a great workout. I didnt have to think about the next thing that I was doing. And I didnt have to worry that I was taking an excessive break. Great app!!!

Great way to stay focused on workouts

I think this app is great for doing dumbbell workouts properly and recording them across other apps really helps me track my fitness.

Pros & Conts

Hi, Ive been using the app for a week and a half, and these are the things I see good and bad on it: Good: 1- You can set your training to be tabata, hit or standard. It also provides you with a timer and videos to keep form and focus while working out. 2- You can create your own trainings. 3- They provide a full body map so you can select excs based on group muscle. 4- They have an ok amount of excs included. Bad: 1- The app is good for a month or two. Just like on any gym you will need to rotate your program every month or so, and the amount of excs they offer is limited if you are looking to use the app long term. 2- If the developers invest on it and provide periodical updates with additional excs, then I think the app is a keeper but we will need to wait and see... I personally would like to see new updates instead of looking for a new app to purchase. Thanks!

Awesome for home gym

I was looking for a dumbbell based workout to help me stay focused. Look no further than this app. It rocks.

Near to be perfect !

The App is real useful and practical for the daily training. Very good visualisation. ! What Im missing. I like to select by click my own mix of exercises with my own time setting. So it would by great to create customizid exercises program. With that all stars plus !

Missing one thing (or two)

I am very impressed with the app quality. For what it does, it does it very well. However, I assumed that I would be able to make custom workouts that would allow me to track how many reps and how much weight I used for the previous workout (it does not). 4 stars if they were to add this function and 5 stars if I had the ability to track my history.

Alright if all you need is video examples

It does show 59 different exercises and how to perform them. Several apps will give you that for less. The build your own workout feature is promising, but I was expecting there to be some good sample workouts already in the app. It comes with TWO workouts. So be prepared to build your own. If it had more example workouts, the $4 price might be justified. Without more workouts, Id put this in the $2 category.
